Style sheet / Themes does not apply on Custom Blocks (HTML)

Dear all,
I have created some custom blocks(HTML)in my XOOPS portal. But when i change the themes, all the module blocks are changed but the custom blocks does not change their colors and formats. Please help me solving this problem so that I may use multiple themes and style sheets.
