Dear All

This is not a problem related directly to xoops.

I just wanted to install XOOPS on a windows server and so I uploaded all the files and everything went well.

When I tried to change the permission of some files i saw this...

Administrators
FPSE_29923
FPSE_30567
Plesk IIS User (IUSR_kurada3)
Plesk IIS WP User (IWAM_plesk(default))
Plesk Domain User (kurada3)
SYSTEM

I dont understand a anything about these things... what are these permissions and what should I do to get a linux equivalent of chmod 755?
