Using newbb2 or Invision Power board is it possible to create permissions for a single forum where only Webmasters AND the Registered user that posted the topic can view or respond to each topic.

I want to keep others from viewing or responding to questions in certain forums to control the quality of the responses and accountability.

Can anyone help me with this?
