Hi

in xhelp module, it is storing the date in database as integer like "1148893257" for the day 29th May 2006, how it is converting to integer.

my requirement is to get some records depends on current date, how can i convert the current date to integer format like above mentioned format.

This is unix time stamp.
You get it with the php-function time()
