When anyone tries to register it goes to a blank screen I have had a few people complain of this in the past but put it down to a simple error on their behalf as I had no issue with but now it always goes to a blank page...

I've replaced common.php + include/functions.php tried changing permissions around etc but need some help..
The user table also reports:
PRIMARY and INDEX keys should not both be set for column `uid`
More than one INDEX key was created for column `uname`
