1) install the latest version 1.8.3.

2) be sure all your files are correctly uploaded.

I tried but don't work. I've found some problem whith the permission of the flies, is impossible for me change some chmod becouse I'm not the owner, in some file, some in c_template for example. I don't understad why the owner of file is different in the same upload session.
