Someone asked what the solution could be for the following problem.

When members want to comment at en forumtopic there is appearing a blanc screen. PHP debug gives the followinf info:

Error [Xoops]: Handler does not exist
Module: newbb
Name: forum in file include/functions.php line 521



Does anyony know where this comes from and do you have a solution?

Well it not my own site. What I can figure out he is using XOOPS 2.0.13+ and the standard xoosp newbb coremodule.

He is saying that this problem appears suddenly. In the past he did not have this problem. His host has made no changes.
