Custom block only display on one page

I have a custom block selected in the 'news' module to display on the page when users click on 'news' in the main menu. It is supposed to display at the top above all else. My problems is that it displays on all of the pages within that module. How do I make it display in only one or just a few of the pages within that module?

Thanks for any help.

Most blocks are set by module not by page within module. You may have to live with the display on each page within the module, unless you want to write a bunch of code.
