I've seen a similar thread dated last Dec without any solution posted. Perhaps someone can help me...

The ProcessTeam site seems to have the same problem noted on others re: email. Everything I test works fine but any email going to someone not on my server dies. I tried sending emails from the site to all registrants yesterday... everything seemed to work including my getting three test emails (all on my own server but different urls). The biggest problem is that registrations don't work with email activation. Nor am I able to send emails to Users (who are not on my server).

If anyone has registered please feel free to go to the site and use your username/password comb- they should work as I have activated all accounts manually.

If anyone has a fix for the email problem-- please let me know what I need to do; I've never had this problem before and it seems I can't fix it. My url is: http://processteam.org

Would this happen to be a dedicated server? What type mail server software? Most MTA software , by default, only allow local send receive (as in only localhost), you would need to edit the configs for your software to allow external connections. Check the documentation for your software.

I'll check with my host. I didn't think I had a dedicated server, but I might as my host is VERY kind to me.
