remove RSS from weblinks?

In reference to weblinks .93 (not mylinks)
At the bottom of my config 2 page, I see the heading for "Setting of RSS/ATOM Feeds" but with no admin options. There is NO heading shown for "Setting of view of RSS/ATOM Feeds" at all.

What do I need to do?

I Don't want the RSS feeds shown at all.

Using version .93 on XOOPS 2.0.13.1
