Hello everyone, please can someone help me cause i finished the transfer of files then i used to connect to my site

blanc page (nothing else)
note that: the transfer is 100 % completed

i want to know what is the problem because the installation in all steps is ok.
so what can i do ? how i can get to my home page

First Upload an index.html page to vies if it works!

Thene, Upload all XOOPS files again!

Install your site, again!

when i get in the first my ftp space i deleted the default index.html
is this the cause ?
