Change text in system user block

Does anybody know how to change the text in the systems user menu block. For example I want to change "View Account" to "View Profile"

You need to edit /modules/system/language/english/blocks.php
change line:
define("_MB_SYSTEM_VACNT","View Account");
to
define("_MB_SYSTEM_VACNT","View Profile");

and so on for other definitions you want to change.
