How to get xoops avatar in Wordpress?

I am currently running wordpress 2.0.1 on XOOPS 2.2.3,
and it works great so far.

I was just wondering if anyone knows...

Is it possible to link the XOOPS user and wordpress user, so that the avatar is shown in all posts and comments?
If so, what would the code be for that?

Lots of people that have read the post, but still no reply. Does this mean that it is not possible?
