Has anyone besides me seen the following error with 2.2.3?

I am unable to View Account, Edit Account does not work correctly (more later) and XOOPS is unable to find User Names.

I get the following php message on View Account :
Notice [PHP]: Use of undefined constant _PROFILE_AM_ADDUSER - assumed '_PROFILE_AM_ADDUSER' in file modules/profile/include/forms.php line 374

When using Edit Account I get a header that reads:

_PROFILE_AM_ADDUSER

Any ideas? btw. this exact same code works fine on a Windows Apache machine but not my host.
