Hi all,

I'm trying to install a fresh copy of XOOPS 2.2.3a final...
at first, all went ok. The installation, creation of db, all ok...
But, when I try to "visit" my site, returns a smarty problem with: fetch(D:/business/jmro.org/html/public/templates_c\%%6E^6E8^6E8C036B%%db%3Asystem_block_login...... and so many like that....

This is not my first time on XOOPS and I already checked all the permissions, so, I tryed to figure out what was the problem...

I discovered that the files that are created on "templates_c" are TMP files instead of the correct files....

Can anyone tell me why this happen, and how to resolve this ?

You might have some faulty template files in some of your modules, these could cause some compile errors.
