Upgrade from 2.0.13 to 2.2.3a Final?

Hi!
I'm currently working on a site using XOOPS 2.0.13. Is upgrading to 2.2.3a a good idea to get the latest bugfikses or will it likely introduce more problems?

Upgrade to 2.0.13.2 - for security updates. And wait for XOOPS 2.3

Otherwise you will have to wait until XOOPS 2.4 before you can upgrade from 2.2.x.
