Hi All,
I've looked on the forums and didn't see anything about this but I can't be the only one that is seeing this problem.
Anotherealm.com is the site if you want to see the problem in action.
My website publishes short science fiction stories from the general public from all over the world. Meaning many different language/character sets in windows.
Now for the problem(s) "Smart Quotes" created by Mr. Bill Gates and in use in all versions of Windows and supported by "Notepad" "Word" and all his email programs.
When I upload new stories to the website I get different views with different browsers. Such as /? or ? or god only knows what instead of " or , or ' or any number of other symbols.
Sadly I know almost nothing about PHP so this is just frustrating me out of my mind. Is there any way to make a global configuration change to get rid of this problem?
TIA
