Hello, I need to modify a chraracters of my using theme,
as you can see in the first snap the first letters of every words are in cursive but I need to modify them as the second snap.

It's probably a style in your stylesheet. Check your stylesheet, depending on your theme, it could be a style called mainmenu or lcolumn or something similiar.

You can also check the Modules Administration section to make sure the modules names are as you want them (i.e., Private Messaging versus private messaging).

Yes what you mean it is the "Main Menu" and depends from the style.css but I don't know what have to touch for making that look :/
