I apologize for not including this in my first post.
Is there such a module (or is this even possible) where you can stream songs that are local on machine where your XOOPS install is hosted that can be done with the following limitations?:

Cpanel / FTP Access
No shell account (no way to launch a shoutcast or similar server)

I have no bandwidth limitations and would like to allow users to enjoy geeky music while working. Any replies would be appreciated, as my knowledge on this subject is very limited. If I am requesting this in the wrong forum, any re-direction would be helpful.

Hi Novtech,

I am not sure if this is what you are looking for, but check this module out (debaser 0.92).

I have used this module in XOOPS 2.0.13, XOOPS 2.2 and now in XOOPS 2.2.3 with no problems.

This module allows your members to click on radio station you have selected (locally or abroad) which streams and doesn't have any effect on your bandwidth.

To find radio stations to put in your debaser, go to:
Radio Locator.

If you have an AOL account you can put in the code for some of the commercial free satellite radio stations.

Hope that helps
