Problem with the Blocks Administration for XOOPS 2.2+

Hi

I have just installed the:

Blocks Administration for XOOPS 2.2+
https://xoops.org/modules/repository/singlefile.php?cid=101&lid=1585

With the latest copy of XOOPS but when I login as a different user to control the new blocks that they have access to the administration menu doesn't display on their login so they can't control any of the new block which they have permissions to.

Does anybody know how to fix this?
