If you want a multiple page question and anwsers what module?

Hi all
Ok basiclly, I would like a multiple page question and anwsers system that at the end gives a result.
I need something that can make a flowchart of if people give an anwser, more information is presented to them and then a sceond question to confirm their thoughts on a subject.
then at the end to give them a result depending on their anwsers.
Is there a module I can use for this?
