How can I add to the Gender Listing, I am developing a Transgendered Support Group Site. I see the gender.php file in the language/english folder, I made the additions there and it does not show up in the Profile. I can alter the Male to MALE or Female to FEMALE and I see the change in the Profile. So where can I make the change so it will show up in the profile?

if you use extended profiles you can add custom fields.

I believe you can also delete certain areas, but if you cannot you could simply add an "are you a transexual" field.

I am using 2.0.13.1 , I do not understand why I can change the listing in the gender.php in the language/english folder. I can change the Male to MALE and I can see it in the profile. But if I add the other options it does not show up in the list in the profile.
