hello!
I want to know if I can modify the xoops-design's theme xd_fons by adding a right block
this is a screenshot here
If it's possible, please, give me the method because it's very important for me.

First, welcome to XOOPS!

You will need to contact the original designer of the theme athttp://www.xoops-design.org/ to obtain such permission. Since they own all the rights to the design, nobody, except them can grant such privileges.
