I saw the code and finally found out why this happened!
The reason is that in the parent website there were four letters banned, for e,g, webmaster
This error happens exactly when the loginname contains the banned words.
Therefore it shows a wrong programming logic, does'nt it?
If there are users containing those parts of banned names and if the admin banned use of those names, they cannot update their profiles!
Poor them!!!
Hence the update functions should not check the banned names. They are there and there is no reason to do this...
This would be extremely important for us. Because we want to give usernames with prefix, that can only be given by us as members of association. However, the registered users cannot have those prefixes in their loginnames.
Has anyone idea how to go about it?
