Ok i installed every guestbook module I can find on a test site. To be honest with you, they all fall short. Many of the guestbooks lack the features they were posted as having. I also took the time to read through all of the support on each one. The xtremguestbook v1.3 is by far the nicest looking guestbook. However it is global. The other version of this module which is the one that i gave you to begin with is a mod from exoops. the developer is apparently trying to resolve the issues though

I know its not what you were looking for exactly but they are neat modules. The top module is called friendfinder and its pretty neat. The bottom link goes to a module called user points. This module gives you options to set values for actions like forum post and comments. then multiplies that action by a variable you define. It then displays a linst of the most active members.
