Hi guys,

Im new to XOOPS and how you can help. I have installed version xoops-2.2.3a-Final (tried other versions but get same froblem) and on Windows server 2003. It gets all the way through the install process, I choose a module, it says it installs it and that user.php has now been setup, then I get the following message when I click to go to my webpage:

I have removed and reinstalled even deleting the databae but still to no avail.

Can you give me any pointers?
