I have put bans... Displays a white sheet how to insert a picture or the text???

I'm sorry nobody has helped you yet. I'm afraid it's not clear what it is you are having problems with.

Are you asking how to display a picture on the blank page that is created for banned URLs?

Yes, for banned users, the white leaf{sheet} is displayed... I wish to insert a picture but I know as???

How are you banning them. By IP? They will not be able to see anything on your site with an IP ban.

Does the IP-ban function really work?
I have enabled IP ban and added the IP number to the IP box.
However, the banned IP still can login?

How is this possible?

(Xoops 2.2.3)

Not for sure about 2.2.3, but it does work in 2.0.13.2. But since I am on a VPS, I usually use the host deny file for this.

Through admin panel banned...At them shows a white sheet... I wish to insert an inscription, for example: you banned IP
