custom block not showing in blocks admin - shows on page though

I made a custom module and added some blocks to it.

It's working fine but...

I can't edit / see the blocks in Admin>System>Blocks

But if I go to Admin>Groups I can click the link and edit it from there.

How can I get the block to showup in the main blocks admin page?

Anyone have any idea about this one?

The blocks don't show up in blocks admin.

I have to go into Groups to edit the block.

Do I need to add something to the xoops_version.php file?

Anyone else had this problem of blocks not showing in blocks admin?
