Changing Link locations and adding new links

Hello

I run the site http://www.eclearly.com
I recently changed the theme to one that has no blocks. I had to add the buttons i wanted so it changed the look of the main page. However the links to the original buttons are still under the new buttons and the new buttons do not even have links yet. How can i change the position of a link and how can i add a new link under the button i want?
