Ok i know, i am a n00b, but i really want to know how i can get rid of the 3 buttons on top of the page.

The buttons are:

Home (it doesnt matter if that one stays there)
Xoops support (can i get rid of that one? when yes, how?)
Xoops FAQ (same as XOOPS support)

i like the buttons, but my users wont be using it anyways so...

Thanks in advance.

Remove these lines from the theme.html file in the Xt2 directory
<table border="0" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0">
       <
tr>
         <
td class="tabOff" onmouseover="this.className='tabOn';" onmouseout="this.className='tabOff';"><a href="http://www.mindedsage.nl/jkc2">Home</a></td>
         <
td class="tabOff" onmouseover="this.className='tabOn';" onmouseout="this.className='tabOff';"><a href="https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/">XOOPS Support</a></td>
         <
td class="tabOff" onmouseover="this.className='tabOn';" onmouseout="this.className='tabOff';"><a href="https://xoops.org/modules/xoopsfaq/">XOOPS FAQ</a></td>
       </
tr>
    </
table>

make sure you set the theme to be updated automatically..

you can set it in admin>>system>>preferences>>general settings>>

then look for "Update module template .html files from themes/your theme/templates directory?" set it to yes
