Shotbox problem

I have downloaded and insatlled a shotbox jan304 ver 3.1 shotbox. I changed a hide option, but it doesn't work. After I click on shoutbox ikon im my modules admin i get information
This should be set invisible. How? System Admin - Modules. Set order to '0'.
I did it allready.
Also this modul doesn't appear in drop window on modules!
What is the problem?

Hi
I get the same problem, all i get on my web page is the title bar, saying shoutbox, and no shout box. I have set it to hide=0, and allowed all users to see it.
Please help
