I just installed XOOPS 2.2.3 (http://go.6te.net). it is working fine.. anyways here is my newbie question: i was wondering if there are templates/themes like these sites

are there any templates like this.. or do i have to manually change it and stuff. or just give me some info how to get started to build a site like that.. i know im not good with php,, could you at least direct me to a site where they could design it for me (i could pay them).. just to get started to make a webpage like the sites i have listed above. thanks
