I have got a big problem with CBB, after installing on a brand new installation of xoops, the latest version, it doesn't have any options to say, for example - 'New Post', or 'Reply', or whatever you can think of, it shows the different forums but once clciked on brings nothing up.

Somebody help, have I done something wrong??? Because this has happened on 2 of my XOOPS sites with CBB and NewBB2

Brand new install of xoops? where did you get the categories and forums? Did you update from another version of newbb CBB?

Any debug messages? What actual versions of XOOPS and cbb?

Ok, you may aswell take a look at it, You can see what i mean yourself.

I have set it so that guests can view it

The versions are:

Xoops: 2.2 Full - downloaded monday

CBB: 2.3 - downloaded today

And the install is new, not an upgrade, the categories I have just added.

Have you set the permissions on the forums for viewing?

Yeh I know I did, but I will def. check again, but I swear I did. Cheers for taking the time

Ok, It didn't work. That hasnt changed anything

I know I said it was sorted, and thanks and all, but it just wont work, I dont suppose you could take a look, maybe in thre admin panel, if I PM you the u/n, and p/w

According to him, when I was helping yesterday, the problem turned out to be currupted files on upload. Last I heard was it was working correctly now.
