Downgrading Xoops with problems

OK, so once again I am trying to recreate the site because of failing to upgrade Xoops. Now, when trying to go to General settings/preferences (I dont remember the English name becuase I use a swedish translation) I am getting this message:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: xoopsformradioyn in /home/dreng/public_html/gimle/modules/system/admin/preferences/main.php on line 112

What version of XOOPS are you using?

Make sure the xoops_url/class/xoopsform/ directory is there, and in particular the formradioyn.php file. Another suggestion would be to reupload the xoops_url/modules/system directory and files. And update the system module afterwards.
