Hello, I'm trying to upgrade from 2.0.9.2 to 2.2.3. I'm run each incremental upgrade script on my development site, but when I make the jump from 2.0.13.1 to 2.2.3, I'm getting a blank white page.

Would someone be so kind as to provide a walkthrough on how to get from 2.0.9.2 to the current release? I've follow the docs in each upgrade script.
