Strange Redirect to Modules.Apache.Org

When I try to use certain modules (most notably the News module), I am automatically redirected to modules.apache.org. Any way to fix this?

Can you elaborate a little more?

- When exactly does this happen?
- When you go to news from main menu?
- Instantly once you installed it?
- Can you get into the news admin section?
- Can you install it without errors?
- Are there any htaccess files in your directories created automaticly?

I moved XOOPS from mydomain.net/xoops to just mydomain.net. That's when this occured.
