News with a new install 2.2.3

With a fresh install of 2.2.3 and News 1.4

I get this when trying to add my first topic.

Fatal error: Undefined class name 'errorhandler' in /var/www/public_html/arealtor/html/modules/news/class/class.newstopic.php on line 296

Any idears?
