Use of Xoops with Moodle and an e-commerce application.

Does anyone have experience, or an opinion, about using XOOPS as the container for Moodle (Educational CMS) AND an electronic store?

My hope is to find an easy way to use XOOPS as the front page and login manager (along with other things) that will allow one login to control access to courses in Moodle AND to online purchases.
