Custom block created w/o title = doesn't show in block admin

Okay... I'm working in 2.0.13.1 and I accidentally created a custom block without a title. I need to make changes to the content, and it's not appearing in my block administration list. I've checked all the groups, and the block isn't showing up anywhere.

What's the fix for this?

Very strange. I'm able to create a block without a title on 2.0.13.1 and it shows up in Blocks Admin, just w/o a title. Seems to work fine with my setup.

Are you getting any PHP/MySQL/Smarty debug messages?

Sorry, I should've included that... I'm only getting an unrelated cbb error
Notice: Constant _MD_POSTEDON already defined in /home/mysite/public_html/modules/newbb/language/english/main.php on line 48

I switched back to the original template and found it hiding under the webmasters group... very odd!
