I came across the forum for beta testing Xoops2.2.3RC2 I have tested it and it works nice. No visible flaws that I could see. I thought about posting in this forum
but I have no posting rights. And seams to me all forums under Qualit Assurance are closed. How do I get these rights? Any pre-requisites?
