I would like to know which file much be edited when XOOPS site is down due to down in database. Usually I get the following message:

Error [Xoops]: Unable to connect to database in file class/database/databasefactory.php

And many more messy lines due to the protector as well.

I would like to display something like this:

{this site} is down for a while. Please visit again after sometime.


Please tell which file should I edit. Thank you.
