HELP!

I am going berzerk (ber * ZUR * k)...Sorry its been a long day and its only 2.

I am trying to create content that viewable to users who are not logged in. Can somebody PLEASE walk me through this. When i create custome blocks I cannot set them as viewable in the Anon listing. As a matter of fact. They dont even show up to allow me create them there.

I need a drink!

I was missing the group preferences step. Wondering why that was happening. I am the prime example of the fine line between Genius and Stupid.
