I searched for and read through some of the threads in here relating to banner problems. I found a lot of people have had the same problem as me (clicking on banner results in a blank page with a URL like http://floor-9.com/live/banners.php?op=click&bid=7). The most common solution given is to "upgrade your banners.php to the latest version".

If I've just done a fresh install of 2.0.13, then shouldn't my banners.php already *be* the latest version? Furthermore, I had this exact same problem on 2.0.9.2. The only way I can work around it is to use HTML, which I want to avoid (no tracking).

EDIT: Forgot to mention that the banners all work fine when I'm logged in, but not when I log out.
