Where in the adnin section can I set up to say an email will be sent out to the users each time a new message is postted in thge fourm for exeample or do I have to do this for each module?

This varies by version of XOOPS.... it is Admin==>Users==>Mail Users in XOOPS 2.2.x

Yes, I know this but what I wanted to do is have this happen automatic. When a message is posted in the fourm everone gets an email to say that this new message has just been posted.

I know as an individual you can things like the "Active Notifications" activated. (Notify me when a new forum is created.)

But this can be turned on and off, and more so needs turning ON in the first place by the user.

Q: How can I turn this on for ALL users?
