I don't think there is a direct patch. You will have to apply each individual patch from your version to the current.

there seems to be a couple of patches missing from "download xoops".
If anyone has 1.3.10 to 2.0.3 could you forward a link or a zip here. That way "download xoops" can be updated, plus you'd be helping out yasir

I´m too lazy to search and i don´t remember. I think it was just copying over but am not sure. Please check the very old news items here on xoops.org.
