What is this about? Can anyone help?

For some reason the database can not be accessed. If it has been working contact the hosting provider. If it is a new installation check the database username and password in mainfile.php.

I wanted to thank WarDick for answering my question. I have a feeling its my hosting company. I say this because my website is working with no problems.

Yeah, sometimes when you are on a shared host there gets to be too many connections which can cause this. Hopefully the content of your site will cause it to be overloaded on its own. It used to be a problem on this site. I have not noticed it since the upgrade to the new server.
