while trying to install XOOPS on a local machine, i encountered the following error:

Warning: copy(../mainfile.php) [function.copy]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\xoops\html\install\class\mainfilemanager.php on line 52

any idea how to set permissions for XOOPS on a locally hosted server?

ok, so according to the the install wizard, i have wite permissions, but it gives me the error above, anyone know what's going on?
