Dont' know if this is the best topic to post this. I'm sorry if it isn't.

I would like to add some other fields in the registration form so users can set their avatar from the list or upload a new one. And other settings too, like the signature.

Do you know if there is an easy way to do this? An hard one would be good too

P.S.: using XOOPS 2.2 on a test site

In the administration of profile module you go to 'Fields', edit your wished field and say 'Show in registration form'.

That's all.

Avatar is a bit of a knocker, since it is a rather special field (not just a simple input/selection field) and therefore not configurable through Fields Management.

The signature can be added to the registration form as mcleines described.
