Hi.
These are probably simple to solve, but I'm missing something I think.
1st question. I have newbb running. How can I get the forums to be on top, with the other blocks underneath the list of forums? I'm able to order the other blocks (whos online, new members, etc), but haven't found a way to move the actual forums above everything else. Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this?
2nd question. I have xoopsheadline running. Some of my feeds are running as intended. 2 are not, cnn and msnbc. For these I havehttp://rss.cnn.com/rss/cnn_topstories.rss andhttp://rss.msnbc.msn.com/id/3032091/device/rss/rss.xml listed as the url of the rss file. All I see however is a little orange rss button and the name, no news. Can anyone tell me what I've done incorrectly in setting these 2 up?

Were the blocks show in relation to the module on the page is controlled in the theme. See this Faq Page and this Faq Page.

As far as the headlines module I would suggest using a currently developed module such as xhld.
