why display a blank html page?

I use centOS linux4.1 ( apache, mysql, ph4 ), all these is correct. I can see apache test page, I can use MySQL database. And the test.php is also ok, I test php with <? phpinfo(); ?>.

my user is map, I copy XOOPS code to /home/map/
I set apache ServerRoot to /home/map/
when I accesshttp://192.168.0.10
I get a blank page, a page with <html> </html>, only these lines.
